You will be responsible for the achievement of assigned Units’ business strategy through the execution of people and culture interventions. This includes recruitment, training and development, reward management, and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Master’s degree in social sciences, Human Resources, or any other related field
Professional qualification in HR
Member of IHRM
At least 6 years’ experience in implementing change in organizations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
Sound understanding of the Kenyan Labour Laws and related policy framework
