You will deliver excellent service to clients and ensure an overall positive client experience by carrying out program management, client administration, and coordination. This role involves managing student files, coordinating timetables, collaborating with various teams, and handling program logistics.
Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
At least 2 years’ relevant experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management Systems, virtual platforms and CRM systems
