Driver Lead

You will plan, manage, and coordinate all HGV driver activities to ensure cost-effective and quality service delivery. You will oversee driver rosters, enforce compliance with statutory obligations, and manage team performance and KPIs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics

• Experience in fuel tracking

• Experience managing and planning biweekly driver toolbox meetings

• Proven experience in driver leadership

• Experience in project management, people management

• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant logistics management tools

• A deep understanding of supply chain needs, particularly within Logistics environment

• English - verbal and written
