Finance Manager - Kenya

You will provide overall financial leadership to the Kenya business and support the General Manager and operational managers in strategic, tactical, and operational finance-related imperatives. Your key responsibilities will include costing commercial opportunities, enhancing decision-making with first-class financial information, reviewing local financial performance, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing treasury and risk management processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance

• Minimum 7 to 10 years in a senior management position in Finance with increased responsibility

• Understanding and practical experience in Supply Chain and Contract Logistics is a distinct advantage

• Cross divisional or cross-country experience will be an advantage

• General experience in Finance and Accounting in a Multinational is a distinct advantage

• Proven experience in managing a team across several different finance disciplines

• Knowledge of statutory and operating environments in Kenya is a distinct advantage

• Experience managing a Finance team is required

• Professional Qualification from a recognized accounting body (CPA or ACCA)
