Director, Commercialization, ECAF

You will lead cross-functional teams to drive new product and packaging development, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. This role integrates data across platforms, manages packaging changes, and spearheads productivity initiatives to enhance efficiency across technical, commercial, and supply chain functions.

• +10 years of experience in one or more functional areas within the TI&SC scope: QSE, SRA, Commercialization, Supply Chain, Technical Franchise leadership

• Very good understanding of technical risk management, technical governance, project management framework and methodologies, commercialization processes

• Strong analytical skills

• Ability to orchestrate complex supply chain
