You will lead the creation, localization, and deployment of all content across the Franchise, ensuring excellence in storytelling and IMX integration. This role ensures all creative assets are on strategy, culturally relevant, high quality, and consistently delivered across all channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative Production, or a related field
7–10+ years of experience in content creation, creative development, or IMX roles
Strong understanding of digital content, storytelling, and creative best practices
Experience working with agencies, production partners, and multimarket teams
Demonstrated success delivering culturally relevant campaigns
Preferred: Experience in FMCG, beverages, entertainment, or creative agency environments
Preferred: Exposure to African markets and cultural nuance
Preferred: Experience with content production, social platforms, and digital creative formats
