The role
You will oversee the company’s technical results across Underwriting management, Reinsurance management, customer service, and general departmental operations. You will set and enforce underwriting strategy, pricing, and risk appetite across all non-life classes, and design and place a reinsurance programme that protects capital and earnings at an efficient cost.
