Branch Manager

You will oversee daily branch operations at the Trade Center Branch in Nairobi, managing staff performance and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, growing the customer base, and implementing strategies to improve profitability.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field

• Preferred: 3–5+ years’ experience in a microfinance or financial institution

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience

• Strong understanding of financial products and customer relationship management

• Proficiency in preparing and reviewing branch financial reports

• Experience in handling customer escalations and maintaining service quality standards
