You will be responsible for selling all lines of insurance business, including general, medical, and life, while meeting and exceeding set monthly targets. You will proactively source and close insurance business, build and manage a strong client pipeline, and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
KCSE mean grade of D+ or higher
At least 3 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry in Kenya (e.g., microfinance, banking, SACCOs, mobile lending, credit institutions)
University Degree (any discipline)
At least 1 year of proven experience in bancassurance, (Microfinance, banking, SACCOs, mobile lending, credit institutions), or Insurance
Familiarity with IRA regulations and insurance products
Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in insurance or willingness to obtain it
