Head of Credit Risk and Compliance

You will oversee the organization’s credit risk strategy, policies, and procedures, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements. This role involves promoting sound lending practices and enforcing adherence to relevant laws to safeguard the company’s financial and reputational integrity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

• Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CRMA, CISA, or Certified Compliance Professional)

• Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in credit risk management and compliance

• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role

• In-depth understanding of credit risk principles, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance

• Strong experience with regulatory bodies, financial reporting, and internal controls

• Strong understanding of credit risk models, policies, and regulatory frameworks
