Chief of Staff

You will provide strategic and operational support to the CEO by coordinating organizational priorities and ensuring cross-functional alignment. You will drive the execution of CEO-level initiatives, manage executive office workflows, and lead special projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Management, or related field

• Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, Strategic Management, Public Policy)

• Minimum of 8–10 years professional experience

• At least 3–5 years supporting senior executives or leading cross functional initiatives

• Added Advantage: Experience in financial services, microfinance, banking, or regulated environments

• Strong analytical, organisational, and execution discipline

• Excellent presentation and writing skills

• Ability to conduct research, analysis, and scenario evaluation for decision support

• Experience in board reporting preparation and governance documentation
