You will provide strategic and operational support to the CEO by coordinating organizational priorities and ensuring cross-functional alignment. You will drive the execution of CEO-level initiatives, manage executive office workflows, and lead special projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, Management, or related field
Preferred: Master’s degree (MBA, Strategic Management, Public Policy)
Minimum of 8–10 years professional experience
At least 3–5 years supporting senior executives or leading cross functional initiatives
Added Advantage: Experience in financial services, microfinance, banking, or regulated environments
Strong analytical, organisational, and execution discipline
Excellent presentation and writing skills
Ability to conduct research, analysis, and scenario evaluation for decision support
Experience in board reporting preparation and governance documentation
